Bringing New Energy to an Established Center
By introducing warmth, color, and desert charm to the center’s aesthetic, Arrowhead Towne Center has been repositioned to draw in both existing and new customers, upscale tenants, and will transform the experience into one that inspires all who visit. We enhanced the outdoor amphitheater, providing amenities and a large expansive canopy for year round activities and comfort. The food court, mall concourse and mall entrances are revitalized to improve the shopper’s experience. Outdoor family amenity areas, gathering spots, outdoor splash pads were also developed including upgrades to landscaping, children’s play area, splash pad, fountain and performance area, shading elements, seating, new lighting and accessible upgrades.
